DIRECTIONS TO OFFICE From Mandarin and Julington Creek:
From Mandarin going South on San Jose toward Julington Creek :
You will Continue South and Pass McDonalds on Right then continue and pass Bealls on the right. Continue on San Jose Until you come to Solantic Emergency Center on Left as well as Don Juan's Mexican restaurant and a Car Wash. You will then pass Mandarin Meadows street on left. Immediately following Mandarin Meadows take the first left turn. You will see Atlas Physical Therapy in front. We are in the back and we are the third building next door to Dr. Nemetz the Dentist. It comes up quick so please slow down to avoid any accidents. This is 12421 San Jose Blvd. We are in Suite # 300. The sign Sambursky Chiropractic will be located above our office.
From Julington Creek:
Go over Julington Creek Bridge ----Pass Ace Hardware and then pass Sonny's on right side. After passing Sonny's take the 2nd drive way on the right side. You will see Atlas Physical Therapy building in front and continue all the way to the back. We are the 3rd building located next to Dr. Nemetz, Dentist.
This is 12421 San Jose Blvd. Our office is located in the back as far as you can go. Suite #300. You will see a Black Sign above our office that says Sambursky Chiropractic.
If you go too far on San Jose you will see Solantic and the Car wash on your right.
