From Mandarin going South on San Jose toward Julington Creek :

You will Continue South and Pass McDonalds on Right then continue and pass Bealls on the right. Continue on San Jose Until you come to Solantic Emergency Center on Left as well as Don Juan's Mexican restaurant and a Car Wash. You will then pass Mandarin Meadows street on right. Immediately following Mandarin Meadows take the first right turn at a Green Sign with many names as shown on this page. It comes up quick so please slow down to avoid any accidents. This is 12412 San Jose Blvd. Our office is located on the left at the end Unit # 203. There will be a Green Sign that says Dr. Sambursky Chiropractor.

From Julington Creek:

Go over Julington creek Bridge ----Pass Ace Hardware and then pass Sonny's on right side. After passing Sonny's you will come to the 2nd left, This comes up quickly so stay in the left lane. The second left is Mandarin Meadows street and you will make a 'U' Turn coming back towards Julington Creek.

Immediately following the 'U' Turn take the first right turn at a Green Sign with many names shown on this page.

If you went too far then you will see Don Juan's restaurant and Solantic on right. Turn around.
