Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We also offer our patients the abiity to print out the registration forms at home so this may save you valuable time in our office. It's quick and easy. Just go to our section New Patient Forms.
Our office accepts emergencies and can be seen on the same day. We are accepting new patients. Our office hours start early in the morning and we will generally see any new patient the same day. We also offer weekend appointments.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We participate in most Insurances including Medicare, Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If you do not have insurance our office will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Our office fees for patients who have high deductibles, high co-payments or No Insurance are very affordable.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
